A wind snou is a small rodent-like creature that's native to the Verges. It is similar to a flying squirrel; the snou floats on the Everwind like a sail. It is first mentioned in the book Outrider when Edulon Dane cooks one on a spit. It is also the main course in Roast Snou, which is meal 10 of CLMIL Rations.
