The Legion of Liberty is a club of military veterans whose mission is to restore liberty to the average man, following the revolution of Influism. Their equivalent in real-life would be a motorcycle club. Their motto is "Defenders of Liberty." They operate worldwide, with each member displaying their country on the emblem, as is seen in the example image with the Gruenormark identifier.
One of their primary means of disseminating information (books) is through the use of repurposed MAVTODs, which uses a hologram to "read" the book out loud because of the prevalence of illiteracy.
Some members are known to carry the emblem on their bodies with tattoos, like the one you see here:
