The Caerisians were a warrior clan who settled the lands of northern Lothlan in the time before it became Aeryloth. After the 1st Great War, the victors who wanted to stake a claim to the lands essentially stole it from the natives. This was advised against by the elves, but the humans ignored the counsel. The city of Caeris is named after them.
