Litus rank insignia

A Litus was a rank found in Ildorian Ravenhelm paramilitary units. All enlisted Ravenhelm were of this rank except for the Praelitus, which was roughly the equivalent of a Sergeant Major. Each Ravenhelm unit had several Liti.
