Fiel Torman was a scholar and political philosopher from Kestrinal. He is known primarily for his role in the Letanian Ultimatum, which ushered in a new form of government that led to the consolidation of Letania and Kestrinal into what is now Scurn. Following the events of the Ultimatum, Torman drafted the new constitution and his writings heavily influenced the political experimentation that eventually paved the way for instituting the Scurnish Commonocracy.
