Wornspire is the first subchapter by Janden Hale for the Everwind Series. It covers the events in the lives of the Carriers at the Wornspire facility exactly one day prior to the start of Outrider. Hale put the story out to explain more about the facility that appears in Outrider, as not much detail appears in that story.
Description
Anya of Terismark finds herself trapped inside a medical facility (Wornspire) for Carriers - women who are still able to get pregnant - a supposed haven against the terrors of the post-plague wastelands. She suspects that things are not what they seem.
