Cedrin was the Medicii Domineus for Dr. Talmage's secret facility, Wornspire. He was in charge of the male subjects. He was killed, along with most of the others, in a massacre perpetrated by the Lightsprawl Order in Path of the Outrider.
Appearance
He never appears in the story, only being mentioned off-hand by Romarra, who was in charge of the females.
