Still Hill is the innermost district of Everwind City, which houses the upper class elite, the intellectual institutions, religious temples, etc. It can only be accessed by the South gate, which is also the most heavily guarded. It is called "Still Hill" because it is surrounded by three walls, making it the calmest place in Everwind City, with virtually no presence of the Everwind.
