A casemaster is the Outrider in charge of an Outrider Station. They are in charge of hiring, dispatching, invoicing, collections, etc. They are always veteran Outriders; it is extremely rare for a casemaster to make a delivery. They are called "casemasters" because they are the primary caretakers of the unique boxes used by the Outriders (called cases).
