This template provides a common style for article management templates.
Using this
To use this, create a new template page and type the following.

About the parameters
- color - (optional) The desired color of the background. (Default is
#013354) - image - The file name of a relevant image.
- px - (optional) Width of the image. (Default is
50px) - font - (optional) The font size of text. (Default is
11px) - line-height - (optional) Height of lines of text. (Default is
15px) - text-align - (optional) Alignment of the header and message text. (Default is
left) - quote - A quote from a BioShock character that is related to the purpose of the template.
- character - The name of the character who said the quote.
- header - Text to include in the heading of the template.
- content - Text to include in the message part of the template.
- note - (optional) Any additional text that is needed.
