Linsingram College at Letania is one of only a handful of higher learning institutions left in Galwyndor. It is located in Letania City. It is also where daector Talmage earned his physicianship and studied other subjects, though he never stayed long enough to master them, despite being somewhat of a prodigy.
Linsingram College has the largest library in the world, specializing in the arcane.
