Officer Candidate Academy, or OCA, is where all officer candidates go before being commissioned in the Clavic army and navy. It is very new, being that Clavermark is a recent country, and is located in Laceport. It is known for being very brutal, and like the Clavic Basic Infantry School, they are taught swords skills on live captives.
