Master Ald is the sagely hermit that lives in the remote mountain haven of Overvale in the Atlicas. He is the oldest person in Overvale, and most of the citizens there are reluctant to interact with him because he is so secluded. He is called upon on occasion for his wisdom and advice. He first appears in Outrider.
