An Overlay Realm is one of the various planes of existence. They are comprised of different aspects of visual perception, and the concept is that when they are overlaid together the entire picture is formed as the material lay. Each realm has different properties, and even different entities that inhabit them. It is possible for some entities to move between lays.
There are several:
- Material Lay - the physical world
- Ethereal Lay - the dream world
- Moon Lay - the reflection world
- Celestial Lay - the invisible world
- Shadow Lay - the shadow world
