Avatura is the official combatives system of the Ildorian Ravenhelm and Thronehelm, as well as their conventional military. It is called so technically because it originated in Vatura, but since then the Ravenhelm has co-opted it for their own, making it into the satirical acronym that spells out "Advanced Variable Action Training Under Ravenhelm Authority." The core concepts of it include accelerated drills and strategy with a focus on teaching autonomy instead of strings of techniques.
