Roymel Wydrain is the stationmaster of Outrider Station 29 in Listhaven. He first appears in Outrider when Venicus Mor attempts to get recruited, and then later when Venicus is brought in for questioning about the death of Edulon Dane. Venicus is handed over to Roymel to decide the punishment for fraudulent use of the Outrider emblem; Roymel later allows Venicus to train as an apprentice, getting him an assignment at Outrider Station 336 in Everwind City.
