Giants were a race of sentient humanoids that existed on Greater Galwyndor during the time of the Befores. They ruled over the kingdom of Ranat after deciding to migrate from the mainland.
Extinction
The giants died out during the Time of Decay, which was a period of widespread decline on Greater Galwyndor marked by famine and drought. Where other races sought to escape through migration to the smaller continent, the giants remained firmly rooted in their homelands, remaining hopeful for an eventual return to prosperity.
