The Age of Temperance, or 4th Age, was the period of time from the end of the 3rd Great War (04559) until well after the end of The Great Purge (which was the reason for the 4th Great War) (03626) with the beginning of the 5th Great War (05387). It was called the Age of Temperance because of the backlash caused by the 3rd Great War and the desire to exterminate all the magic from the world.
