Linsingram College at Letania is one of only a handful of higher learning institutions left in Galwyndor. It is located in Letania City and came into existence in the year 8827. The emblem features the constellation Yurba. Their motto is Belitesh, which means "guide" in High Vinthish.

It is where daector Talmage earned his physicianship and studied other subjects, though he never stayed long enough to master them, despite being somewhat of a prodigy.
