Officer Candidate Academy, or OCA, is where all officer candidates go before being commissioned in the Clavic army and navy. It is very new, being that Clavermark is a recent country, and is located at Harus Monthan Clavic Naval Base in Laceport. It is known for being very brutal, and like the Clavic Basic Infantry School, they are taught swords skills on live captives.
