Creed of the Cutthroat No. 239 is a comic-style book that appears in Outrider (book). It is issue number 239 of the series, which follows a Gruenor pirate antihero named Brindle Bill Wecker, who terrorizes the fleet of the Letanian navy. The comics were used as propaganda.
