Lendrad's Medical Compendium is the name of a book that appears in The Facility (subchapter). Anya sees it on a shelf in the recreation room during one of their breaks. The story notes that she cannot know the name of the books because she cannot read, but it lists several others as well:
The Compendium is considered to be one of the definitive medical texts used in many higher learning institutions (the cover even lists Linsingram College, Vasport Institute, and Blash University). The book was written by Ilaro Lendrad in 12,467.
