Santra Flauro is the Scurnish Ambassador to Terismark. He also acts as interim ambassador for Averia, working closely with Saer Briddick Tranton.
He first appears in Legion of Liberty (subchapter) when Rinden Dane and his companions attempt to meet with Tranton. Flauro ends up meeting them in his stead.
