The Krakari are a sentient race of sea-dwelling creatures which primarily exist in the Borlyphian Ocean to the south of Andermark. They are feared by sailors, more so than helimer, because they are territorial and unfriendly to "non-sea trespassers". They also have the ability to traverse over land, as an octopus does, unlike the merfolk.
Appearance
They are described as having a fish-like visage,, with arms, and the lower half as that of an octopus.
