Honyx is a constellation in the north. It is represented by the spider. It is said to be the king of the constellations, as the entire sky is his web, and each of the other constellations is caught in it. The astrological sign of Honyx is based on the constellation.
Some scholars say the concept of Honyx with a cosmic web was taken from the Attawa myth of Anakatea, the spider-mother.
