Shein was the prophet figure who wrote The Akona, the religious text used by the Catican religion. Although he wrote directly in the text that he was merely a man, there are some who have come to view him as a deity. The closest parallels to our world would be the Buddha or Diogenes. Shein considered himself more of a spiritual inspiration than any kind of religious figurehead.
