MAVTOD

MAVTODs (Military Audio/Video Transmission Order Devices) are standard military issue devices, hardware used for the dissemination of orders. They are the preferred delivery device for the book Revelation of Influism by the Legion of Liberty. The ones used by the Legion are usually stolen, and have been hacked and hard-coded with custom security software so no one else can overwrite the data. They upload the book in audio format, accompanied by animation, because most of the population can't read.
