Sorscha Raske is the daughter of Lord Gradin Raske, vassals to House Claverian. Even though she is from a family of influence, she is sympathetic to many anti-imperialist causes. She and Cash Delton eventually fall for each other, and she pulls him into her web of dissention.

Sorscha was born in 1316 in Jovos Aera. Her parents are planning to send her off to Jovos Aera University to study lawship and international relations.
