Template for files which are unused, and if remaining so, should be deleted. If used with a timestamp, it alerts users after 14 days, by changing the displayed message box and adding Category:Nominated for deletion to the file.
Usage
Simply insert the following on the page of a file that is currently not used in any articles:

Use 5 tildes (
~~~~~) to insert the current date and time for the countdown timer.
