Olred Claverian was the father of Vralius and husband to Korina Claverian. He was a prominent businessman who inherited a large fortune from silk and pell wool, which he used to expand his empire into other ventures, such as pharmaceuticals and technology. When he wasn't traveling on business he spent most of his time at his primary estate in Derth. Both he and Korina were killed in 1288 in a sailing accident during a storm en route to Vornwall when Vralius was nine years old.
