House Lerstell is a once-royal house that exercises complete rule over Phoros prior to the invasion by the Clavic Empire. After the occupation, they were allowed to maintain control, but were demoted to noble status. Their emblem is a pair of touching gold suns over a shield of gray.
Viceroyship
After the effortless Clavic invasion of Wuerlan, Vralius turned immediately to Phoros in order to take control of their ports. Phoros was ill-prepared for this, and ended up relinquishing control to the much larger Clavic forces. In exchange, Vralius allowed House Lerstell to continue rule over Phoros as Viceroys.

Vassals
The Lerstell's arrangement with House Claverian allowed the vassals to remain loyal to the Viceroyship under the condition that they would all heed should the Clavic Empire ever call upon them.
