(Redirected from Ghost ring)

Ghost Rings are ancient standing lith monuments which concentrate moonlight to enable passage into the Moon Lay by Moontreaders, who possessed the ability to move between the Material Lay and the Moon Lay. Each stone is inlaid clear through with a type of lens made of pure amberdalia, a rare type of amber. This amplifies moonlight and focuses it into the center of the ring. Once inside the Moon Lay, treaders can transport themselves to any other ring that has sufficient moonlight, however, they cannot return to the Material Lay unless they regain their physical body.
Hauntings
Ghost Ring sites are considered haunted by people in the present day, as there can be frequent sightings of creatures such as nightwraiths in and around them.
