Uricus is one of three "aspects" (called the Trine) of Teu, the chief deity of the Tethuric Church. Because Teu is the all-one, or the air god, Uricus is considered to be the ethereal aspect. Uricus is characterized by its invisibility and omnipresence.
The Trine
The god Teu is the all-one, whose name is an acronym from the three aspects called the Trine (also sometimes called Teu's Braid):
- Tesh - masculine aspect, forceful and powerful, life-taking
- Ethura - feminine aspect, soft and warm, life-giving
- Uricus - ethereal aspect, omnipresent
