The Meninar-stone is the Eari Stone that was created to symbolically represent the Meninar race. As the Meninar elected not to approve the Meralian Accord, their stone was given to the humans instead, who brought it to Lesser Galwyndor. This particular stone was the very one attempted to be used against the Draol mage Atury during the Great Purge. It should be noted that at the time, the Eari did not know that the stones would also target creatures with natural omnifex.
Post-Purge
After the Purge had killed off all vorbright mages and creators, such as the elves and half-elves, its Tal Calar guardian took it to a remote site near the Atlicas to protect it from raiders. This was in response to an earlier incident in which the Man-stone was stolen by the Meninar from its Tal Calar in Gadonia.
Buried in a secret vault below the mountains, the Tal Calar kept it hidden for four-hundred and seventy years. It was later discovered during a campaign by the early Tethuric Church, who sought to raid and amass a great collection of artifacts and treasures. They massacred the Tal Calar and kept the vault intact, as they found its location convenient for storing stolen artifacts. Above this, they built the Shrine of Tesh.
