They tell the potential victims they will be able to reproduce again, then when they pay and undergo the procedure, the turf surgeon simply harvests their organs to repeat the process anew. This is necessary because they use fresh organs to display during the pitch part of the scam; showing the quality of the organs while reciting medical-sounding terminology helps them sound more legitimate.
