A HELL Tether is an advanced piece of Vurg technology which stands for "High-Emission Light Line Tether". It is a device that emits a cable of light that can be used to provide guy lines, cabling, etc. The only time they appear is during the Clavic assault on Deepwall. The Vurg forces there bring the HELL Tethers out; using special gloves they are able to traverse the canyon to gain access to the fortress.
