Ileksey Dakov is the highest ranking leader of the Crimson cartel and the great-grandson of Crimson founder Yuren Dakov. He is known by the alias "The Badhand" because he is known for his ruthless brutality. He controls the entire organization from a secret location, likely in Halfshaer, where the Dakov Clan is headquartered, though he makes few public appearances being that he is highly wanted by governments and the Order Patrol, as well as rival gangs.
Brutality
Ileksey is known to have an insatiable thirst for violence, often killing slaves or random people for sport. One particularly heinous practice is collecting body doubles to use as decoys to avoid assassination and capture, however, he often has them tortured and mutilated alive on film to make rivals believe he is dead.
