Creed of the Cutthroat No. 77 is a comic-style book that appears in Path of the Outrider. It is issue number 77 of the series, which follows a Gruenor pirate antihero named Brindle Bill Wecker, who terrorizes the fleet of the Letanian navy. The comics were used as propaganda.
