Broadlan is a city in western Clavermark. It is located in a marshy region of what used to be the realm of Wuerlan, of which it served as capital city. Due to its somewhat isolated location it relies heavily upon the port city of Derth for supplies, which frequently attracts gangs of raiders. The stretch of highway between Derth and Broadlan has become known as the "Freeway of Sorrow". Before the Curella outbreak, Broadlan was the home of the Wuerlan Warriors overball club.
