Highthrall is the seat of the royal House Sable and is the capital of the country of Averia. It was originally just the name for the castle stronghold, and was not considered a city or settlement, as only the royal house and its servants resided there, but over time the royal house was unable to keep the populace out of the surrounding area and it became a metropolis. It is now the eighth most populous city in the world.
