A vooter is a pejorative term for someone from old Letania. It comes from the word vutir, which means "dirty" in High Vinthish. It originated from a story of sailors that used to visit from the mainland. At one point in time, a good 30% of all Letanians could speak High Vinthish, and as a joke, one soldier asked how to say "dirty" in High Vinthish.
