Anderian is the most common language among inhabitants of Lesser Galwyndor. Technically, pure Anderian is mostly spoken throughout Andermark, where it originated. The rest of the world uses a looser version called Canderian, which is slang for "Common Anderian". It has been the most common language for several hundred years, mostly due to the overwhelming influence of a prolific Anderian trader named Lar Sterinsen. The simplistic nature of the grammar and syntax of Anderian also contributed to its spread.
