Emperor [[Vralius]] used it as his own home until construction of [[Victurus Palace]] was complete. <br /> <br /> It is called the Whispering Towers because its architecture is designed so that whenever the wind blows from the southwest, a hushed whispering sound can be heard throughout its many halls. It is meant to serve as a reminder of the [[Battle of Arkendorr]], which was the final battle that enabled Lord [[Urgast of Glengard]] to claim the throne of [[Faramark]] long ago; during the entirety of the battle, a strong fog had lingered over the fields, which had given the enemy forces an early advantage.
