'''Rutlig''' was a small, family-owned company that manufactured blades. It was based in [[Cinder City]], [[Ildoria]]. They were known for their craftsmanship, but primarily because of the reputation of the founder, a smith named [[Fortino Rutlig]], and his descendants. The company was officially put out of business by the [[Black Sam]] plague when the last Rutlig, [[Mesalina Rutlig]], died in 1326, but an outside apprentice named [[Garan Rackburn]] continues the legacy, though he makes the blades under his new company, [[Rackburn Arms]].
