'''Errod''' is a separate world from [[Galwyndor]], rich in [[vorsys]] energy. It is where the [[Draol]] mage [[Atury]] found himself after trying to escape the [[Great Purge]] through an act of magic known as a [[dreadgate]]. Some of Atury's acolytes and a number of the soldiers pursued him through the portal as well.

The most noticeable difference in Errod was that everyone seemed to be natural [[vorbright]], unlike on Galwyndor where many were unable to use magic.
